HRjobs: Worldwide Remote Jobs

Trust & safety

Job verification policy

Every job on HRjobs is published by our own team, never by an automated feed or self-serve employer account. Before a job goes live, an administrator completes three checks. The system won't let a job be published until all three are recorded.

Last updated

1. The company

We confirm that the hiring company is real and is the one advertising the role.

  • The company has a working website on its own domain.
  • The recruiter or hiring contact uses an email address on that domain, not a free email provider.
  • The company name, website and description we publish match what the company says about itself.

2. The job description

We compare the listing with the employer's own posting or with what the employer has sent us directly.

  • Location rules: who can apply (Worldwide, a region, or named countries) is stated exactly as the employer states it.
  • Salary: we only show a salary when the employer publishes one. We never estimate or invent pay.
  • Working hours: the required timezone overlap, or that the role is async.
  • No fees: we reject any role that asks applicants to pay for applications, training, equipment or visas.

3. The application link

We open the application link and check that it leads to the employer's real application page or to an email address on the company's domain. We don't publish jobs that send applicants to chat apps or unrelated sites.

Dates and expiry

Every job has a publication date and an expiry date, and may have an application deadline. A job leaves the site automatically when it expires, and we close it earlier if the employer tells us the role is filled. Closed and expired jobs are removed from search engines' job listings.

When a job is reported

Anyone can report a listing from the job page or the Report a job page. An administrator reviews every report. If a report suggests a scam, we close the listing while we investigate, and we delete it if the problem is confirmed.

What verification doesn't mean

Verification means we checked the listing before publishing it. It isn't an endorsement of the employer or a guarantee of the hiring process, which the employer runs. Never send money or ID documents before you have a signed contract, and contact us at hello@hiringremotejob.com if anything feels wrong.
