Job seekers can browse without an account. If you send a contact message or report a listing, we store the information you submit so our team can respond and review the report.
Administrators have accounts to manage listings. The site also records job views and application-link clicks for operational statistics.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to messages, review reports, manage job listings, protect the service and produce basic listing statistics. We don't sell personal data.
When you apply for a job
Applications go directly to the employer through their own website or email. The employer's privacy policy applies to the information you send them.
How long we keep data
Contact messages and reports are retained as needed to handle them and maintain service records. You can ask us about deletion by emailing hello@hiringremotejob.com.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information you submitted by emailing hello@hiringremotejob.com.
