About the role
Fellow Friends Ltd is seeking an organized E-commerce Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of its online business. This role is work from home and focuses on keeping product information accurate, customer enquiries moving, and routine store administration on track. The successful candidate will follow established processes, communicate clearly with the team, and help deliver a reliable customer experience.
What you'll do
- Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and stock information across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify).
- Process and monitor orders, update fulfilment records, and flag delays or discrepancies for prompt resolution.
- Respond to customer questions and assist with returns, refunds, and order issues in a professional manner.
- Update spreadsheets and operational records, check data for accuracy, and prepare routine status reports.
- Coordinate with relevant team members on inventory, product updates, and customer service follow-ups.
- Identify listing or workflow issues and suggest practical improvements to routine store processes.
Requirements
- Working familiarity with e-commerce store administration and product listing workflows.
- Accurate data entry and strong attention to detail when updating products, prices, inventory, and order records.
- Clear written communication and a courteous, customer-focused approach to handling enquiries.
- Ability to track orders and follow procedures for fulfilment, returns, refunds, and issue escalation.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and common online productivity tools to maintain records and prepare updates.
- Good organization, time management, and ability to prioritize multiple routine tasks.
- Reliable follow-through, discretion with customer information, and willingness to learn new store systems.
