About the role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative with strong written and spoken English communication skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customer queries through email, chat, and other support channels, and should be able to communicate clearly, politely, and confidently with customers.
The candidate must be available to work full-time from our office in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi, with Monday as the weekly day off. Punctuality, regular attendance, and the ability to work consistently during the assigned shift are important requirements for this role.
Applicants should have good computer skills and be comfortable using web-based tools, email platforms, and customer support systems. Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, live chat support, or email support will be preferred, but candidates with strong communication skills and the ability to learn quickly may also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, patient, and capable of handling multiple customer conversations while maintaining a professional attitude. They should be able to understand customer concerns, follow internal processes, coordinate with team members when needed, and take ownership of customer issues until they are properly resolved.
